Terms of Service

Aida あいだ is a free Discord music bot with a Chrome extension that lets you play YouTube in Discord voice channels in one click — operated by a hobby developer, not a company.

By using the service, you agree that:

• You will not violate YouTube's Terms of Service — this service is for personal listening in small groups only, not commercial broadcasting
• You will follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• You will not abuse the service — no spamming the queue, no attempts to crash the bot, no reverse-engineering the API
• You acknowledge that content played is the responsibility of the user requesting it

• The service is provided "as is" with no warranty of availability
• There is no SLA — the bot may go offline at any time (it is hosted from a residential setup)
• We are not liable for any damages arising from downtime or service interruption
• We reserve the right to discontinue the service at any time without notice

We may modify these terms as needed and will announce changes via the Discord community server. Continued use after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
